The Stream Pointe is made on the Smart Pointe last, which means that it has a more broad shape through the metatarsals and slightly tapers down toward the platform. Though this pointe shoe would still be considered a tapered shape, it is not as tapered as some of Nikolay's other models, such as the 3007 or Nova.
