Backorders can take 10-16+ weeks to produce when they are out of stock.
Book a fitting to lock in your shoe selection so we can stock pile your inventory for you.

Subscription Benefits & Terms

  • Application Fee $35 (one-time)  
    • Initial application fee to join the program
    • Annual Subscription $35 (Jan)  
      • PSP Concierge Service 
      • Priority access to shoe stock

      • 50% off on THE POINTE SHOP Model Search Applications
    • Tiered Monthly Discounts  
      • 10% off for 1+ pairs
      • 12% off for 3+ pairs

    • Monthly Auto Charge
      • Upcoming charges are auto-emailed on the 5th of the month.  
      • Charges are processed on the 20th of the month.
      • Orders ship within 3-5 business days after the charge processes. 
      • Account management 
        • Direct account management online with your own login
        • Address changes, skip order, update payment methods, add accessories
      • Skip Orders
        • PSP allows up to 3 monthly skip orders a year.
        • After 3 skips, a $35 reactivation fee will be applied to rejoin.
        • Unsold subscription stock will be released to showroom inventory for resale.
        • Cancellation Policy
          • Cancellation terms differ depending on if your shoes are stock or special order (custom)
            • Stock Cancellation:  Shoes that are part of our regular inventory can be cancelled anytime before the next auto-charge date (20th of the month)
            • Special Order Cancellation: Shoes that are especially customized/ordered for a particular dancer requires 120 day notice prior to a cancellation taking effect.  If cancelling within the 120 day notice period, the dancer needs to buy out their remaining stock from TPS as we can not sell special orders in our showroom.  A bulk-buyout quote will be provided as a courtesy.
            • No prorated refunds on the Annual Subscription Fee for accounts cancelled before the subscription year ends.

              • Booking Fee: $5 
              • Booking fee locks in a time slot only; does not apply to purchases.
              • Fitting fee $40 is waived upon purchase
            • Virtual Fitting with Josephine: Book Here
              • Booking Fee:  $65
              • Includes:  $25 Fitting Fee + $40 Credit towards your purchase
              • Plus a free 10-minute follow-up session to ensure a perfect fit.
            • Application Fee:  $35
              • Initial application fee to join the program.
              • Fill out our online application form:
                • Make your shoe selection
                • Set frequency and quantity
                • Add accessories
              • Pick a time slot for your Subscription Orientation
                • You will get a call from our Subscription Manager to review program details
                • Learn how to manage your online subscription portal
              • Add your auto-charge payment method
              • Once your requested stock arrives, your subscription is active!
            • Annual Subscription Fee:  $35

              Option 2: New Subscriber (No fitting needed)
              • Join Now by applying:  For dancers who have a current shoe spec already - skip the fitting and start filling out the application.
              • Annual Subscription Fee:  $35

              Option 3: Already a Subscriber?
              • Refit:   Current subscribers can book a complimentary fitting spot check to reassess your fit as your feet grow or change.
