Get to the Pointe — overstretching

Tis the season to be...cringey! Are we over cups?  We hope so. Thanks so much for tagging us in videos - we seem to be getting fewer and fewer tags in cups videos. Perhaps Josephine can put this trauma behind her and heal... Or not. There seems to be a neverending spout of cringe content and from this mass, a new victor shall rise... *Viewer Discretion Advised* This week, Josephine watched a video of some pretty extreme training. It's not super clear what they are training for ballet specifically - it could also be circus, acrobatics, rhythmic gymnastics, or gymnastics.
