Shipping policy

ThePointeShop ships USPS priority mail within the United States and will chose carrier with the best shipping speed for all international shipments. If you have a preferred courier, please contact us prior to completing your purchase.

In stock items will ship out 1-5 business days after they are ordered.

Sometimes USPS fails to scan the package in when it is dropped off - if this happens your tracking information will not update until the package is delivered.

International Shipments are subject to a 6-8 week delivery time as we cannot predict or control what happens as it makes its way around the world.

International shipments are subject to unpredictable delays. Once the package is handed to our courier, we have no control over where it goes and customs can take longer than anticipated, especially around holidays. We are unable to change the customs paperwork on the boxes to avoid the international taxes that some countries charge.
