It was so much fun to get together with Alexa Woo, little sister to our former model, Maddy Woo (Royal Swedish Ballet).
Alexa trained extensively for several years: competing in YAGAP, appearing in many Nutcracker's and bun-ing up for weekly classes. Recently, she has dipped into the world of K-Pop dance covers, so we had her come in and show us what she's got!
K-Pop, or Korean Pop, is a not-so-new genre of music that has really taken pop culture by storm (where our #BTSarmy at?). A huge component and trademark of this music style are their highly produced, super aesthetic and stylish music videos. These videos feature the many stars of the genre, including fun and elaborate choreography.
Alexa, with her extensive ballet background, has flourished in her own covers of this choreography. Josephine wanted to learn and...well, you'll have to watch the video to find out!
