When ballet gets broadcasted on television, there's a formula and we know it now.

Take an outstanding ballerina human, give them some non dancers. Teach and/or challenge them to do some ballet, then throw them into some pointe shoes. Attempt to go en pointe so they feel some pain, laugh, teach them a few 8 counts of choreography - usually from The Nutcracker. And make lots of jokes in between.

So we know this format, and we keep watching it. When done well, it can be lighthearted, informational, and sweet. But at what pointe does a fun gimmick turn into something else?

Here's another iteration to watch. What do you think? Do the jokes make sense? Or is it time for something new?
