This week we decided NOT to traumatize Josephine, and instead had her react to a sweet video of kids meeting a ballerina! This video ticked all the boxes in the "wholesome" category and we even see Josephine shed a few tears when one of the kids reminds her of her little brother! Although the ballerinas does mistakenly say that her pointe shoes are made out of wood (LOL), this is one of the first reactions where Josephine did not have to cringe and watch through her fingers the entire time. Josephine reacts to the ballerinas of Hiplet! Hiplet is a dance style that was created in order to make ballet more accessible to all people! It is a mix between hip hop dance, and classical ballet, including pointe work. The Hiplet Ballerinas auditioned for season 16 of America's Got Talent, so of course Josephine had to check it out! These dancers are extremely passionate, not only about dance, but also about making ballet and the dance world more inclusive!
