Each year, The Pointe Shop selects its official Models through our annual Model Search Show. Models are chosen by a panel of expert judges, with an additional Fan Favorite selected through audience voting.

The judges also select a group of dancers to serve as The Pointe Shop Ambassadors. Both Models and Ambassadors represent The Pointe Shop throughout the year and may be featured in professional photo and video shoots, social media content, emails, website features, print materials, and other brand campaigns.

Models receive an expanded prize package that may include pointe shoes, exclusive merchandise, a professional photoshoot, special discounts, and additional opportunities throughout their one-year term. Ambassadors also receive exclusive merchandise, special discounts, and opportunities to participate in The Pointe Shop content and campaigns.

Together, our Models and Ambassadors help represent the dancers, stories, and community that make The Pointe Shop so special.
