We’re hiring across creative, operations, events, and in-store roles. Whether you’re behind the camera, behind the scenes, or working directly with dancers, every role supports our dancer-first mission.

Social Media Content Creator

Part-Time | 4–8 hrs/week + special events

We’re looking for a creative, ballet-loving Content Creator to capture and produce on-brand photo and video content for ThePointeShop.

You’ll film pointe shoe fittings, create short-form educational videos, photograph products and events, and help visually tell the story of our community.

Ideal for someone who:

  • Understands ballet culture

  • Loves short-form video (Reels & TikTok)

  • Has a strong eye for aesthetic and storytelling

  • Can work independently and meet deadlines

Social Media Manager

Part-Time | 4–8 hrs/week + special events

The Social Media Manager oversees strategy, scheduling, engagement, and growth across our platforms.

This role blends creativity and analytics—developing content calendars, writing captions, tracking performance, and supporting launches like Model Search, events, and education programs.

Ideal for someone who:

  • Has experience managing brand social accounts

  • Writes clearly, warmly, and on-brand

  • Understands analytics and growth strategy

  • Loves the dance community

Events Coordinator

Project-Based | As Needed

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Events Coordinator to manage logistics for studio fittings, teacher events, vendor visits, and special programs.

You’ll oversee timelines, communication, RSVPs, and day-of coordination to ensure seamless, professional experiences.

Ideal for someone who:

  • Thrives on organization

  • Communicates confidently with studios and vendors

  • Has event planning experience

  • Loves working behind the scenes

Pointe Shoe Fitter

Part-Time | 4–8 hrs/week

Join our team as a Pointe Shoe Fitter and work directly with dancers to provide expert fittings rooted in education and care.

You’ll conduct in-store fittings, guide dancers and parents, and uphold ThePointeShop’s professional standards.

Ideal for someone who:

  • Has an interest in ballet and pointe shoes

  • Has anatomy knowledge (or is willing to train)

  • Communicates clearly and confidently

  • Is patient, professional, and dancer-focused

  • Is available during peak seasons

Inventory, Fulfillment & Customer Service

Part-Time | 4–6 hrs/week

Support daily operations through order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer communication.

You’ll pick and pack orders, process returns, track backorders, and help ensure every customer experience feels smooth and professional.

Ideal for someone who:

  • Is detail-oriented and reliable

  • Writes clearly and kindly

  • Works well independently

  • Is comfortable learning Shopify systems
