At our Berkeley Showroom, you’ll meet with one of our expert fitters, all trained in ThePointeShop’s Progressive Pointe Method developed by Josephine Lee.

Whether it’s your very first pair or you’re a seasoned dancer, we’re here to help you find your perfect fit.

Need to Cancel? 

• Cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance.
• No shows or late cancellations within 24hrs will result in a $40 fitting fee.
• The $5 booking fee is non-refundable.

Need to Reschedule? 

• Click the "Reschedule" link on your confirmation to pick a new time & date without an additional $5 booking fee.
• Do not cancel - This will forfeit your first $5 booking fee.
• Do not book a 2nd timeslot - This will result in an additional $5 booking fee.

• Email berkeley@thepointeshop.com and we will do our best to accommodate you! 

Preparing for your upcoming fitting: 

• Fitting Fee? 
  • Your $40 fitting fee is waived upon in-store shoe purchase.
  • In most cases, we can ship any shoe that is not in store stock.
  • Should you not purchase shoes, $40 fitting fee will apply for the fit time.
• Injured? 
  • To ensure the best fit, we recommend waiting until any injuries have healed before scheduling a fitting.
• Travelling? 
  • Long distance travel can cause foot and ankle swelling that may affect your fit. 
  • Avoid booking a fitting directly after a flight or long travel.
• 1st Pair? 
  • For a first pair, book within two weeks before your first class on pointe. 
  • Feet can change quickly at a young age.
  • A closer fitting date helps ensure the best possible fit!
• Returns & Exchanges?
  • We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
