We are open by appointment only - we do not have traditional store hours. If you have an appointment booked, a fitter will be in the showroom for you.

Important Fitting Information
Due to an unprecedented number of no call/no shows, a non-refundable $5 booking fee will apply at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule your appointment after booking, please use the link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
Due to global supply chain issues (yes... still...), we cannot guarantee immediate availability of all shoes. We’ll do our best to troubleshoot and fit you with the perfect pair. If your shoe is backordered, we may offer padding adjustments or alternative options to keep you dancing until your shoes arrive.
The $40 fitting fee will be waived with a pointe shoe purchase.
Please avoid scheduling fittings if: the dancer is currently injured or if the appointment is too close to long-distance travel, as swelling may affect sizing.
For first pair fittings, please schedule your appointment no more than 2 weeks before the shoes will be used in class. Feet can change quickly!
We offer exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Keep this in mind when scheduling your appointment.
Comprehensive Pointe Shoe Fittings
Designed for dancers who need a little more time, support, and strategy.
Comprehensive pointe shoe fittings are for dancers who are recovering from an injury, referred to us by a physical therapist, referred to us as a special case by a teacher, or for dancers who wish to reserve a longer fitting appointment.
This extended appointment allows time for a more in-depth analysis, further consultation about how to make your shoes last longer, tips and tricks to keep moving forward on your strength journey, and strategizing for the future beyond the purchase of just one pair of pointe shoes.
The $30 booking fee is a nonrefundable fee for this additional service.
A $40 fitting fee will be deducted from your purchase if you choose to purchase shoes at the fitting.
